Song of Songs the Comic Book - emcee extravagangsta - character profile Emcee Extravagangsta:

Emcee Extravagangsta was originally born in South West London, United Kingdom but his family and him had moved north to Wembley when he was 7 years old and lived with his step-brother, who was an aspiring hip hop DJ. Due to the transition of moving to a new location and having to adjust to a new community, emcee Extravagangsta would spend most of his social time with his step-brother often freestyling over his step-brother's mixing. "It's was all for fun then, mate. During that time I never thought that I would one day make a career out of emceeing", said emcee Extravagangsta during an interview on BBG radio.

At 13, emcee Extravagangsta's school had closed down due to budget cutbacks and he was transferred to another Jr. Highschool. Due to the 2nd transition just a short time later, he had dropped out of school and began selling marijuana, ecstacy and later cocaine, and shoplifting clothes to sell to other neighbourhood hoodlums. "That was a crazy time for us, mate. We were doing some bloody daft things then, but during this time, my step-brother and I figured that since we were boosting clothes, we might as well boost records. All of a sudden our vinyl collection quadrupled and we started hustling mixtapes, oddly enough, selling them at the same record shops we boosted from. One of those mom and pop record shop owners had later told me that some of them knew we were stealing from them, but they saw potential in us especially when our mixtapes were moving well enough for us to stop having to sell drugs for our main source of income. It's shit though that due to the added eyes on us from the mixtapes, some of our mates got locked up. At the same time, our music career was taking it's first steps, we knew that, our mates knew that, the whole bloody community knew that, and all our mates in jail told us not to fuck that up for nothing. They'll be out soon."

By then, Extravagansta's emcee career had expanded greatly locally in the United Kingdom. Emcee Extravagangsta's step-brother had gotten married at this time, went soft and fell off, but Extravagangsta kept on performing. His big break came when he performed at the Nottinghill Carnivo, where he had met emcee's Shabba D, Foxy and emcee Det. It had turned out that Shabba D and him had attended the same elementary school in South West London, and the three of them had cliqued instantly.

Since then, emcee Extravagangsta's rhyme career boomed, travelling the world and taking up 2 Knawledge Awards and more.
